This 5 BDR, 6BA custom colonial home is 6000 finished sf. We had a number of challenges to solve to put this beautiful home in tip-top shape for the bank to put on the market. In addition to the extensive clean-out, the water had never been shut off and the house was frozen solid. Once the house was thawed and the water returned to service we had some major leaks to repair. A huge bar had been taken out of the family room and that needed to be cleaned-up. We also discovered that the former owners had removed one door from every cabinet in the house: kitchen, bathrooms, family room. Everywhere. This would have been a challenge in selling the home, as there was over $100,000 in cabinetry in the kitchen alone. We were able to identify the original cabinet manufacturers and special order replacement doors for all the cabinetry in the house!
